Elicom Electronic Opens a New Factory in Silistra

As of 5 October 2026, Elicom Electronic – Georgiev KD has relocated to a new address:

1 Republika Street, Western Industrial Zone, Silistra, Bulgaria

The new address is the location of the company’s newly opened manufacturing facility. This investment represents an important step in the development of Elicom Electronic and will significantly increase its production capacity, expand its product range and optimise its manufacturing processes.

At the new factory, the company completes its fully integrated production cycle, which includes:

• product design and engineering;
• an SMT production line for the automated assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards;
• mechanical production and laser cutting of sheet metal;
• laser welding;
• automated welding with two industrial welding robots;
• powder coating;
• an assembly line for electronic products;
• expanded warehousing facilities for materials, components and finished products.

By bringing research and development, electronics production, metal fabrication, coating, assembly and warehousing together at a single location, Elicom Electronic will achieve higher productivity, improved quality control and shorter order fulfilment times.

The new factory reinforces the company’s long-term strategy of developing its in-house manufacturing capabilities and delivering high-quality Bulgarian solutions in the fields of electronic weighing technology, industrial systems and automation.
